I resigned from my job…
3 years ago, I put in my resignation from my former corporate job. A job that was “okay”. The kind of job that I could have easily talked myself into keeping for years. But the truth is, I was settling. I would walk around and think ” Is this it for me, it can’t be.” I had a hunch there was something more for me. And what I really wanted was FREEDOM. Freedom with my time, freedom with my energy and freedom from my fears and doubts.
Have you ever felt like this? Like what you have going on is “fine”, but you still feel like something is missing?
Though I was *terrified* and had no idea what I was getting into, I was certain that becoming an entrepreneur and starting a coaching business was the path I was supposed to be on. (fun fact: I had been working with a coach for 3 months to help me figure this out)
But, I still had a ton of fears and doubts. Who was going to hire me? Who was I to be coaching people on their lives when I didn’t have it all together? What if I couldn’t do it? I’m “bad” with money, how can I run a business?
But I took the plunge. Because the idea of regret scared me more than my doubts about this. And though the road hasn’t always been easy, now I get to live that FREEDOM that I wanted.
There is no doubt in my mind that you can have this type of freedom too. In fact, I have worked with enough people now to see people go from stuck, unhappy and uninspired to making double their income, finally following their dreams and finding freedom.
You might be thinking, that’s not for me that’s for “them”. I get that. I know what it’s like to be so deep into something that you can’t imagine things being different for you. But here is the truth:
Things can be different.
You are smart, capable and powerful enough to create a change in your life.
You can have more money, more success and more freedom.
You can let go of your limiting beliefs and doubts.
In order to do any of the above, there is one thing you MUST do. You must get into action, now, not later.
I am silver lining finder. Throw me in any situation and I’ll not only find something good but I’ll also find the opportunity. That’s exactly what brought me to my coaching career.
